1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders and bookings made via the online shop operated by Antonio Labuhar, Gablenzgasse 33/1, 1150 Vienna, Austria. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these AGB.

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1 All prices are listed in Euros and include statutory VAT.
3.2 In addition to the product prices, shipping costs apply, which are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 We deliver our products within Austria and to other EU countries.
4.2 Delivery time is generally two weeks but may vary for custom-made or handcrafted rugs. In case of a delay, we will notify you immediately.
4.3 If delivery to the buyer fails for reasons within the buyer’s responsibility (e.g., incorrect address), the buyer bears the additional costs.

5. Payment
5.1 We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
5.2 Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.
6.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receive the goods.
6.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., via email or post).

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
6.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or products specifically made to customer specifications upon request.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 In the event of a valid withdrawal, payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7.2 You bear the costs of returning the goods.

8. Workshops
8.1 Booking a workshop via our online shop is binding.
8.2 Cancellation of a workshop is possible up to two days before the workshop starts. If canceled later, the participation fee will not be refunded.
8.3 If a workshop is canceled for organizational reasons, you will receive a full refund.

9. Warranty and Liability
9.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.
9.2 We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper handling of the products.

10. Data Protection
10.1 Your personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
11.1 Austrian law applies.
11.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Vienna, provided this is legally permissible.

12. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these AGB be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
